  • DAC's Plush Toys is Safety for the Kids?

    1. All Materials used by DACToys are 100% new materials and environment friendly.
    2. All Products before packing are 100% inspected by needle detectors. 
    3. All Products is produced strictly based on the Safety Terms EN71, EN62115, EMC, RoHS, ASTM F963, CA65, CPSIA. 
     
    DACToys is committed to providing high-quality plush toy products for children all over the world, but the highest priority is still children's safety. 
     

  • How much we need pay for the Sample developing?

    If you have the Physical Sample and Just For Counter-sample, the Sample Cost is free. (except for some special material or special crafts need the additonal Invest) 
     
    If you Only have artwork Or Sketch, We will collect the Basic Material and Processing Cost, like Fabric, Embroidery, Printing and Labor Cost etc. Normaly we collect Usd50.00 to Usd200.00 per design, based on the different requirement, but all is refundable after order approval with FOB Amount over Usd3000.00. 
     

  • How long I need to await for my first sample?

    Counter Sample: Within 1 weeks
    Sample Developing: Within 1 to 2 weeks
    Delivery Time: Need Call the Courier Carrier for Approval, but normally within 2weeks

  • How long does it take to get the goods in my country?

    Approximately Need 8 to 15 weeks Totally
    Sample developing and approval: Within 2 or 4 weeks
    Bulk Production: Within 5 to 8 weeks approximately 
    Delivery to different Area: 
    Within 1 to 2 weeks by Air
    Within 2 weeks to 7 Weeks by Sea
